The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the " Action Plan for Green and Low-Carbon Development of the Information and Communication Industry ( 2022-2025 ) " [1] It is required to promote the application and promotion of energy-saving technologies for base station main equipment and supporting facilities and to increase the energy efficiency of 5G base stations by more than 20%.
